UPDATE: GOOD NEWS!
Pakistani Hope Children’s Home is a home for boys. And it is doing well, but is in need of those who will partner with them on a monthly basis to cover their expenses.
Up until now, the Ministry has not been able to provide a safe place for the young at-risk girls. While the parents work at the brick kilns, many times the brick kiln owner or other intruders will come to their homes and abuse, attack and rape the girls. This is heartbreaking for the Christian parents who cannot protect their children. The law enforcement does not help them because they are Christian.
Girls who are street living are especially at high risk for sex trafficking.
Also many Christian girls are hired as child labor to work in a Muslim home to help support their family. This also brings high risk to their safety. Parents come to this Ministry for help. And now we have good news!
Recently, (in 2020) God blessed this ministry with enough finances to rent another building for a Girl’s Home, and the funds to begin purchasing beds, bedding, storage, fans, tables, chairs, benches, cooking burners, kitchen items, cooking pots, dishes, tableware, cups, washer/dryer, towels, security system, and numerous other items needed to care for the girls. As soon as all these things are in place, they will open the doors and start bringing the girls in. The Ministry is responsible for all the girls’ needs on a daily basis. This includes any and all personal items, clothes, shoes, educational expenses, medical expenses… everything. The parents or caretakers of the girls are too poor to be able to contribute to their keep. The girls will come to the orphanage at no expense to them or their family/caretakers.
WE NEED MONTHLY PARTNERS!
We are looking for over 200 people who want to help with these children to support MONTHLY at the $30 USD level. This will help to provide for their food, educational expense, the cost to rent the building and operate every month, security guards, modest salary for 8 workers.
This ministry needs its own piece of land in a safe area, and a building large enough to accommodate both boys and girls in separate sections, with the proper utilities available to them. Not all properties are in a safe location and have utility service. Please keep this in prayer that God will make a way for this. We serve a BIG GOD and He is able to do “exceedingly abundantly ABOVE all we could ask or think”, according to Ephesians 3:20.
